Celestial Foundation is a voluntary organisation working in Uttar Pradesh with a goal to bring out all round development of the people through their participation and enhancement of their capacity so they can lead a better life socially, economically and politically.

The organisation was founded in, the year 2013 in Ghazipur Uttar Pradesh. It was later registered under the Society Registration Act 1860.

We offer a wide range of programmes to meet the diverse needs of our target beneficiaries basically from the underprivileged sections of community, women and most marginalised ones.  We basically focus on thematic issues of Entrepreneurship, Climate, Health,  Education  and more. Our programmes are designed to provide the support and resources necessary for our beneficiaries to achieve their goals.

Entrepreneurship

Celestial Foundation is initiating to empower underprivileged communities towards sustainable livelihood through Entrepreneurship development. Mainly people face a number of challenges with respect to entrepreneurship, including lack of information, enterprise management, sales and marketing etc. Hence mainstream these communities in business activities and to create a bridge between rural-urban entrepreneurs and the market, we organizes awareness meetings, workshops, training, linkages with government and corporate covering the unemployed youth, women, farmers, artisans, small business owners in scaling up their income.    


We literally facilitation support system in which entrepreneurs from marginalised communities can flourish and can directly negotiate with various stakeholders and also initiate advocacy efforts for policy initiatives.   

Education Empowerment

  Working with Education Institutions,  Government and Non-Government Schools in the state the organisation spreads awareness among children and community through awareness campaigns, coordination with schools and other stakeholders. It also empowers School Management Committees that support in better implementation of Right to Education Act.  We promote digital education, technical education and carrier guidance & counselings to the students for their bright future.   .

Environment & Climate

Environmental protection is a practice of protecting the natural environment on individual, organisational or governmental levels, for the benefit of both the natural environment and humans. Due to the pressures of population and technology, the biophysical environment is being degraded, sometimes permanently. To aware and sensitize people, we organize Awareness activities, training, events, promoting solar energy, drip irrigation, organic farming, waste management, climate resilient seeds, plantation activities etc during the intervention on this theme.   

Health and Mental Health

 We organized different activities on Physical Health and Mental Health for enhancing awareness among beneficiaries and their families for taking precautions and preventive measures to avoid ailments and the disease to be treated in time and to reduce stress for improving the mental health caused due to discrimination, atrocity and other factors that effect the lives of weaker sections of the community.   Capacity building training (Online and Offline), Community Health, Mental Stress, Breastfeeding, Hand Wash, Non-Communicable disease, Routine Vaccination etc. were organized for the betterment of their health,  women and adolescent girls are liked with VHNDs,PHCs/CHCs for health check-ups and treatment.   For improving the mental health of most downtrodden communities, mobilization and facilitation meetings were organized at village level discussion the on gender discrimination and other forms of activities that effect the process of social development.   

Livelihood

Livelihood for sustainable Income is our priority to enhances and strengthen the financial health of the target beneficiaries through development of enterprising skills among women based on integrated and allied agriculture practices  and non-agro-based enterprise, Farming, Animal Husbandry, Dairy, Poultry, Goatery,  Bakery, Garment  etc are at focus on strengthening their business and marketing skill. We provide knowledge support, linkages with government schemes and programs, providing training, awareness building, mobilising, selecting right trade, promotion and branding and developing interest of women by providing alternatives of income generating opportunities available at local level .
